Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of VidCloud. By accessing the website or creating, submitting, sharing, or using a VidCloud link, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
VidCloud is a link-indexing and sharing interface. The underlying file data made available through a download page is hosted by the independent provider identified on that page. VidCloud does not host the underlying third-party file bytes on the public VidCloud website.
Links may be submitted by users or surfaced from publicly available locations. We do not promise that a link is authorized, available, accurate, safe, or suitable for any particular purpose. Third-party hosts control their own content, policies, availability, and removal decisions.
2. Your responsibilities
When you use VidCloud or cause a link to be added, you are responsible for the link, its metadata, and your use of the service. You must have all rights, permissions, and legal authority needed for your activity.
- Follow applicable law. Do not use VidCloud in a way that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, data-protection, or other applicable laws.
- Respect third-party terms. Your use of any linked host is also subject to that host’s terms, content rules, and reporting procedures.
- Keep access secure. You are responsible for protecting any account, token, or access credentials made available to you.
- Provide accurate information. Do not knowingly provide misleading titles, descriptions, ownership claims, or reports.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use VidCloud to create, submit, share, promote, or facilitate links to material or activity that:
- infringes or misappropriates another person’s intellectual-property rights;
- is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or unlawfully discloses personal information;
- contains malware, phishing, credential theft, harmful code, or attempts to bypass security controls;
- exploits, endangers, or unlawfully depicts minors, or otherwise facilitates serious harm or illegal activity;
- interferes with the service, probes its security, scrapes it abusively, or uses automation beyond permitted access; or
- circumvents a third-party host’s access controls, content rules, or removal actions.
4. Copyright and third-party content
The relevant download page identifies the available provider. Official reporting channels for VidCloud / Google Photos, GoFile, Buzzheavier, Telegram, Pixeldrain, and VikingFile are listed on our Copyright & DMCA Information page.
We may disable or restrict a VidCloud link, access to the service, or related features when we reasonably believe these Terms, an applicable law, or a third-party host’s rules have been violated. We are not required to monitor every link or to keep any link available.
5. Third-party services
VidCloud may link to or make it easier to access independent services. Those services are not operated by VidCloud, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, data handling, terms, or actions. Your use of a third-party service is at your own risk and governed by that service’s rules.
6. Availability, changes, and access
We may modify, suspend, disable, or discontinue any part of VidCloud or any link at any time, including to maintain security, comply with law, address abuse, or protect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, retention of links, or continued availability of a particular provider.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
VidCloud is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and security. We do not guarantee that the service or any linked file will be error-free, safe, lawful, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidCloud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or a third-party host.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above identifies the most recent revision. Continued use of VidCloud after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are general service terms and not legal advice. They do not replace the separate terms or legal requirements of any independent hosting provider.
